Meet Andy & Clara

The PuppyTag® story begins with Andy & Clara, the happy parents of 3 dogs: Rocky, Lila and Losa

In 2020, Clara runs her veterinary practice and Andy is an engineer in a large company in Switzerland.

Their weekends are dedicated to nature, where they enjoy the fresh air and walk their dogs.

Lila and Losa are small dogs, so they sleep indoors in the living room.

But Rocky, a Dobermann, sleeps in his kennel, at the bottom of the garden, which is properly secured and closed.

ROCKY DISAPPEARED

But this morning, the gate seems to have been opened...

Impossible to find Rocky, he doesn't answer to the whistles nor to the shouting of his name.

Rocky has a medal engraved with Clara's number on it but no calls are received...

Days go by, 3, 6 and even a week, and nobody calls the number...

Rocky remains untraceable... Clara and Andy lose hope little by little...

AND FINALLY !

After 4 interminable days, Clara receives a message on Facebook following her publication of lost dog!

Rocky has been found !
More than 30 minutes away from home and with injuries to his ribs and ear...

Nobody really knows what happened to him during all this time but he seems to have avoided the worst by a very small margin...

It's a real miracle! And it is after this event that Andy decided to find an alternative to the outdated engraved Tags
