What is a PuppyTag® ?
PuppyTag is a scannable pet tag containing all of your pets important information conveniently in one profile. The profile can be viewed using a QR code located on the back of the pet tag, NFC scanning by putting your phone on the tag or typing in the unique URL link associated with the QR code.
How does PuppyTag® work ?
PuppyTags’ utilize QR codes, NFC & unique URL links to efficiently and easily share your pet’s information.
To open your profile you can scan the QR code, or manually search using the URL link associated with your individual tag.
What is the pet profile ?
The PuppyTag® complete pet profile displays all the information necessary to get your pet home safely!
Pet profiles display the following information:
- One or more phone numbers
- One or more addresses
- Health information (medication, allergies, sterilization)
- Behavior information (good with dogs, cats, children?)
- Provider information (vet name, vet phone number, rabies number, etc.)
- Quick bio about your pet
How do I access my pet profile without scanning the Tag ?
In the event your pet does get lost or you would like to access your profile remotely, you can go PuppyTag.co/Login and sign in from there.
Is there a monthly subscription fee ?
Nope ! PuppyTag® is a one time purchase with zero additional fee.
How long will a PuppyTag® work ?
PuppyTags are powered by QR codes and NFC, so they require no batteries and don't need to be charged.
In other words, your PuppyTag® is made to last forever !
Can I control who sees my contact information ?
The unspoken problem with traditional pet tags is that your phone number and home address are visible to unwanted eyes.
With PuppyTag®, you can choose to only display your contact information on your pet's profile when your pet has been marked as lost. Marking your pet as lost is as easy as clicking one button !
Can I track my pet's GPS location ?
Yes ! If someone scans your pet's PuppyTag, they can share their current location with the click of a button.
Does the other person need a ByteTag to retrieve my dogs information ?
No, the other person does not need to have a PuppyTag® or PuppyTag® profile to access your dog’s information.
Can I have multiple pet profiles linked to one account ?
Yes sure you can ! You can have as many pet profiles as you’d like linked to one account. Just log into the account and click “Add Pet”
I just ordered my tags, when do I create my pet profiles ?
Included in each package will be your tag(s) along with an insert card with all the necessary information on how to set up and activate your pets profile.
Will PuppyTag® work everywhere ?
Yes it will ! Our servers are active all over the world. If your pet books a vacation to Europe, Australia or Hawaii, the tag can still be scanned and activated.
Does PuppyTag® work with all smartphones ?
Yes. With three different ways to access your pets profils, PuppyTag® is compatible with all smartphones.
What is the size of a PuppyTag® ?
All original PuppyTags measure 32 millimeters in diameter, or 1.2 inches.
Are PuppyTags waterproof?
Absolutely, our tags are 100% waterproof.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times for Europe are 7 to 11 working days depending on the request and our shipping capacity.
Each package is visible with a tracking number.
Where do you deliver ?
We deliver throughout Europe with a shipping time of 7 to 11 days.
And internationally within 8 to 15 days.
